Dr. Roderick D. Wilson
Dr. Roderick D. Wilson brings extensive experience and recognition in the fields of electrical and computer engineering, networking, and engineering management. His impactful career spans academia and industry, with achievements that include chairing international committees within the International Telecommunications Union, publishing technical papers, and leading advanced research projects. A former professor at Florida A&M/Florida State University, he was also honored as Advisor of the Year for his guidance of the National Society of Black Engineers Chapter.

With over 25 years in engineering and management roles at leading companies like Texas Instruments and Cisco, Dr. Wilson has also devoted himself to community service. He served as Chairman of the Board for the Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative and directs the technology component for Sports for Life! Inc., a youth training program. As founder and CEO of Management and Technology Solutions Group, LLC, Dr. Wilson continues to innovate while championing education and mentoring. His guiding principles—giving back, respect, and excellence—reflect his commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

Dr. Arthur Mutmbara
Professor Arthur G.O. Mutambara is the Director of the Institute for the Future of Knowledge (IFK) at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, where he also leads research in Decentralised Artificial Intelligence and Control Systems and the African Agency in Public Health. A globally recognized roboticist, academic, and technology strategist, he has taught Control Systems in prestigious institutions, including MIT and the University of Johannesburg. Prof. Mutambara holds a PhD in Robotics and Mechatronics and an MSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar, as well as a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe.

An accomplished author of six books on engineering and thought leadership, Prof. Mutambara is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of multiple prestigious engineering and scientific institutions. A former Deputy Prime Minister of Zimbabwe, he played a key role in the Government of National Unity from 2009 to 2013 alongside the late Morgan Tsvangirai and Robert Mugabe. Recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, his career spans academia, leadership, and impactful contributions to advancing African knowledge and innovation.

Michelle Keaton-Barrow
Michelle Keaton-Barrow is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS in Chemical Engineering and is currently the CEO of Keaton Barrow Realty Inc. She also serves as a Managing Partner with both Three Comma Mom LLC and Green Dynamics LLC and is a published author. Committed to empowering others, Michelle is on the Advisory Board for North State Bank, Vice President of Save Adolescent Girls Everywhere (S.A.G.E.), and Treasurer for LPGA Golf Amateurs, Sandhills.

In addition to her work in residential and commercial real estate, Michelle provides advisory services to high-net-worth clients, including NFL and NBA professionals, focusing on economic trends and investment best practices. Her previous board roles include positions with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Black Chamber of Commerce and the Wake County Community Foundation. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Raleigh and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Dr. Oya Benn Townsley
Dr. Oya Benn Townsley has a Doctoral Degree in Education, with a concentration in Counseling Psychology. She’s had a notable thirty-year career in School Guidance and Counseling and is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. She has served in a leadership capacity in the Boston and Medford Public School Systems in Massachusetts as well as in the Dekalb Public School System in Georgia. Her professional affiliations include The American School Counselors Association and The Georgia School Counseling Association.

Dr. Townsley’s experience includes training and consulting. She has facilitated teacher in-service training, has conducted workshops for GSCA Conferences, and has been published in the GSCA Journal. She has developed curriculums for the personal and psychological development of youth and won awards including “Counselor of the Year” in the Dekalb Public School System. Her spearheading efforts in program development won her recognition for the first Alternative school in the nation becoming a Recognized American School Counselor Association Model Program (RAMP) winner.

In this peaceful classroom moment, children sit together in a circle, practicing mindful meditation to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of community. Through this simple yet impactful exercise, students learn to pause, reflect, and connect with themselves and each other
SEL Through Music
Children embrace diverse concepts such as mindfulness, contributing to the space around them, and conflict resolution through simple songs that challenge them to be better!
